📦 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved first. Unauthorized returns may result in package loss and are not eligible for a refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label
- Step-by-step instructions on where and how to send your item
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards (non-refundable)

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason — as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
